The Blizzard of 08
Makes one thankful for a warm house, AWD, and snow blowers! Chasing snowballs in the snow...no wonder why Oreo can't find 'em!

Sittin' on the Dock of the Bay...
Easy trip to LA thanks to the personal shuttle service provided by Randy Kalmink, Inc. Thanks, Randy!
After catching up on some emails, I felt obligated to see the eastern side of the ocean I'll be crossing tomorrow. Turns out Santa Monica and Venice are a relatively short and $.75 "Blue Bus" ride away, so I got to see some real California beach life. Yep, Venice is interesting....and as their night life starting coming out I suddenly had this urge to find another Blue Bus. So far I haven't lost anything...mainly thanks to Mr. Honeymoon (he and his newlywed were next to me on the last flight) who chased me down the concourse to give me my windbreaker.
